Raya and the Last Dragon came out on March 5

Raya and the Last Dragon, the animated movie from Walt Disney Animation Studios, officially hit theaters and Disney Plus last Friday, March 5. 

Starring Kelly Marie Tran (Loan Tran) and Awkwafina in the title roles, the film tells the story of a Southeast Asian warrior princess and her quest to find the last surviving dragon in order to save her kingdom. The new adventure animated movie has received a great deal of popularity worldwide. 

Though the film is streaming now on Disney Plus, it is currently available only for subscribers with Premier Access, meaning fans need to fork out $29.9 to watch Raya and the Last Dragon on Disney+. After paying up, viewers can watch the film as many times as they want on disneyplus.com or in the Disney+ app on selected platforms (Google, Amazon, Roku, and Apple).

Raya and the Last Dragon will be run for free on Disney+, but there’s a quiet wait for that moment to arrive. According to Cnet, the film will be available to all Disney Plus subscribers starting on June 4th.
