How fast is 8 Mbps internet speed?
8 Mbps is a decent speed, although it isn't very fast by today's standards. It will allow you to watch YouTube and Netflix quickly. However, if you have home internet, you won't be able to use too many devices at once since the bandwidth will rapidly get overloaded.
You can successfully stream HD (1080) video without buffering at 8 Mbps. If there isn't too much else going on, SD video should suffice. A 1 GB file will most likely take you around 20 minutes to download.

I have 800 from Comcast and don't know why!! I am being charged $100 for that and landline. Landline should be cheaper than the $12 for Cell and Net.
