Now, children can be free to use apps that their parents approve and designate them as "always allowed," even when their screen time limit is up.

Informing this website benefit, Google added that parents can see the accessing history from added details to daily, weekly and monthly activity reports. From that, an overview is presented about how a child is spending their time in apps, how it changes over a week or month, and what portion of time was spent in “always allowed apps".

Last year, the analyzed data showed that three in five parents allowed their kids to access online more time as they stayed home.

Google said the company is also trying to cooperate with online firm Headspace to create content that helps families practice mindfulness and wellbeing.
