Spectrum Internet Outage in Redding Region as a Winter Storm Strikes
On Wednesday, winter storms caused Spectrum customers in the Redding region to have spotty or no internet connectivity.
At around 10 a.m. Wednesday, the cable and internet provider notified customers that it was experiencing intermittent internet disruptions.
The outage affected residents and businesses in various North State zip areas, including Redding.

The internet provider stated crews were anticipated to resolve the issue(s) by 3:30 p.m., reversing earlier predictions made Wednesday morning.
Spectrum authorities did not mention the particular source of the outage on the company website or in the notice; instead, they stated that the disruptions were caused by "severe weather" in general.
Spectrum customers may look up outages in their region at spectrum.net.
