Even though the year is only getting started, we already know roughly what the next iPhone 16 Pro will look like.
Based on Apple's internal drawings that were leaked, MacRumors made some additional mock-ups that included prototype devices.
They resemble the iPhone 15 Pro, much to everyone's astonishment.
The curved edges and titanium frame that were first seen on the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max appear to be staying on the iPhone 16 Pro.
The iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max appear to include a new capacitive button—which is reported to be a "Capture" button—as well as somewhat bigger displays.
What the iPhone 16 Pro could look like
6.1-inch and 6.7-inch screens are now found on the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max.
It seems that the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will have larger screens, measuring 6.3 and 6.9 inches, respectively.
The 5x tetraprism telephoto camera, which was limited to the bigger iPhone 15 Pro Max last year, may be the cause of the size increase in both Pro models this time around.
Although the general design of the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max has stayed the same, it appears that they have undergone several design changes, at least in terms of button layout.
Though we have seen a few different button layouts, they seem to mostly mimic the current iPhone 15 Pro series, except for an extra button on the right side of the frame.
